Affiliates.Network Code of Conduct for affiliates

This Code of Conduct, as may be amended, supplemented or revised from time to time, forms an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Affiliates.Network

All Affiliates must comply with this Code of Conduct in full.

Article 1: Definitions

  • Affiliates.Network: Operator and administrator of the website Affiliates.Network.
  • User: Every visitor and user of the website Affiliates.Network.
  • Registration: The act whereby a Consumer actively and consciously creates an Account via one of the websites of Affiliates.Network.
  • Consumer: A natural person who registers on one of the erotic chat websites, online coaching sites as well as all underlying pages, under the control of Affiliates.Network.
  • Service: Offering a Website where a Consumer - against payment of a specified amount per message - can exchange erotic Chat Messages or other Content with purely fictitious profiles, with entertainment as the goal and where no physical dates are possible.
  • Website: The Affiliates.Network Websites, which are connected to a Central where a Consumer - against payment of a specified amount per message - can exchange erotic Chat Messages or other Content with purely fictitious profiles, for the purpose of entertainment and where no physical dates are possible.
  • Code of Conduct: Code of conduct as published by Affiliates.Network.

Article 2: Correct representation of the nature of the service

Affiliate must take into account a correct representation and marketing campaigns from which information must be visible on the Website of Affiliates.Network:

  • that the Website is a chat service;
  • that the Website is not intended for the establishment of physical appointments;
  • that the Website aims to flirt with Fictional Profiles, whereby flirting is understood to mean the exchange of erotic chat messages;
  • that the Website does not make any misrepresentations or publish misleading information;

The Website and the communication by the Affiliate may not contain any statements, images, suggestions or omissions that could confuse or mislead the Consumer about the nature and characteristics of the Services offered, namely offering a chat service where a Consumer can exchange - for payment of a specified amount per message - erotic messages or other Content with purely fictitious profiles, for the purpose of entertainment and where no physical agreements with these profiles are possible.

Article 3: Affiliate Compliance with the Code of Conduct

Affiliates.Network ensures that affiliates adhere to this Code of Conduct, particularly Article 2. Violation of the Code may result in warnings or termination of cooperation. Affiliates must also:

  • Comply with all relevant legal and regulatory guidelines, including those issued by consumer protection authorities (e.g., ACM, FTC);
  • Ensure endorsements are truthful and include disclosure of compensation or material connections;
  • Adhere to all applicable laws on marketing, privacy, social media, and advertising;
  • Follow recognised industry best practices.

Repeated violations within a three-month period will result in the termination of affiliate status.

Article 4: Prohibited Content and Legal Compliance

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from promoting or distributing any illegal, harmful, or unethical content. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Child exploitation, sexual abuse material involving minors, or grooming;
  • Hate speech or discrimination based on race, gender, age, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, or disability;
  • Violence or content promoting physical assault, suicide, self-harm, or sexual violence;
  • Harassment, bullying, or threats that disclose private information or incite harm;
  • Revenge pornography or non-consensual sharing of intimate content;
  • Incest, bestiality, necrophilia, rape, or glorification of sexual exploitation or trafficking;
  • Prostitution, sex-for-compensation arrangements, or facilitation of physical sexual services;
  • Promotion or glorification of drug and/or substance abuse;
  • Unlawful impersonation, deepfakes/computer-generated profiles, or deceptive practices;
  • Malware, spyware, and unauthorised data collection or surveillance tools;
  • Infringement of intellectual property rights or misuse of trademarks or personal likenesses;
  • Content in violation of the platform’s Privacy Policy, including unauthorised sharing of personal or corporate data;
  • Misleading or unverifiable claims about the platform, company, or user experience.

Affiliates must ensure compliance with local, national, and international laws, codes of conduct, applicable advertising and content regulations in all promotional activities.

Article 5: Age Verification

Affiliates must only target users who are 18 years or older. Age-restricted promotions must include:

  • Visible disclaimers that the service is for adults 18+;
  • No advertising where minors are likely to be exposed;
  • Reasonable measures to avoid marketing to underage users.

Failure to comply may result in termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

Article 6: GDPR and Data Privacy Compliance

Affiliates must process personal data in accordance with the GDPR and applicable data protection laws. This includes:

  • Collecting data only with a lawful basis, e.g., consent or contractual necessity;
  • Informing users of their data rights to access, rectification, erasure, and restriction;
  • Implementing security to prevent unauthorised access or breaches;
  • Not storing or using any personal data for unrelated purposes;
  • Cooperating with Affiliates.Network in data subject requests or investigations.

Affiliates who fail to comply may be subject to termination and legal action.

Article 7: Suppression List Compliance

Suppression list protocols must be followed to ensure full compliance with applicable email marketing and data protection laws, including but not limited to:

  • The US, CAN-SPAM Act;
  • The EU, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);
  • The UK, Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR);
  • The Australia Spam Act 2003 and Australian Privacy Principles (APPs);
  • The Canada Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

These laws require that marketing communications respect user opt-out requests and that suppression lists are properly maintained, secured, and used solely to prevent unwanted communications. The most restrictive applicable law must be followed based on the region where the user is contacted.

  • Use of Suppression Lists: Suppression lists must be used solely to prevent communications to users who have opted out or unsubscribed. These lists are strictly for compliance purposes and must not be used for targeting, profiling, or resale.
  • Data Handling: Suppression lists must be shared and received in hashed or encrypted formats to protect user privacy. Under no circumstances should plain-text data be used or stored.
  • Security Measures: Suppression data must be stored securely, access must be restricted to authorised personnel only, and it must be protected from misuse or exposure.
  • Regular Updates: Suppression lists must be continuously updated and made available via API. All parties using the suppression list must ensure the most current version is applied before sending communications.
  • Data Retention and Deletion: Upon termination of a partnership or completion of campaigns, suppression data must be securely deleted or returned to Affiliates.Network. Suppression data must never be stored, reverse-engineered, or shared for any purpose other than compliance.
  • Enforcement and Consequences for Non-Compliance: Any party accessing the suppression list acknowledges and accepts full responsibility to comply with all related terms and restrictions as outlined in this Code of Conduct.

Article 8: Adult Advertising Standards and Restrictions

Affiliates using the Adult advertising tool must strictly comply with the following standards. These requirements are designed to ensure legal compliance, user protection, and platform integrity. Failure to adhere may result in immediate termination, suspension, or legal action.

Not Permitted on the Adult Website or in Related Campaigns:

  • No user-to-user interaction of any kind;
  • No facilitation or suggestion of physical contact;
  • No sex-for-payment, escort services, or prostitution;
  • No auto-renewal or subscription mechanisms;
  • No publishing of third-party photos;
  • No creation, transfer, or use of profiles by others;
  • No use of trademarks (e.g. Tinder, Grindr);
  • No references to dating, meetings, or relationships;
  • No content that violates human rights;
  • No illegal or explicit content outside designated areas;
  • No dishonest or unverifiable platform claims (e.g., “Best”, “1000+ users”, “100% guaranteed”);
  • No unverifiable marketing claims unless substantiated by evidence (e.g., “Voted best by consumers”).

Advertising Affiliates Must Avoid:

  • Misleading statements or exaggerated claims;
  • Suggesting platform features that do not exist;
  • Creating content that promotes unrealistic user expectations.

Article 9: Medium Advertising Standards and Restrictions

Affiliates using the Medium advertising tool must follow these guidelines to ensure ethical communication, avoid misinformation, and comply with international standards.

Not Permitted on the Medium Website or in Related Campaigns:

  • No client-to-client interaction;
  • No subscriptions or auto-renewals;
  • No use of third-party or transferred profiles;
  • No medical advice, predictions, or healing claims;
  • No pregnancy-related predictions;
  • No foretelling of reincarnation or negative outcomes;
  • No explicit content;
  • No illegal or human rights-violating content;
  • No solicitation of services outside the website;
  • No use of trademarks;
  • No unverifiable statements about the platform or company (e.g., “Best”, “Biggest”);
  • No unverifiable marketing claims unless backed by concrete evidence.

Advertising Affiliates Must Avoid:

  • Fear-based, threatening, or manipulative language;
  • Any phrasing that implies medical foreknowledge or supernatural healing;
  • Misrepresenting the purpose or limitations of the Medium platform.

Article 10: Inactivity and RevShare Termination

To maintain eligibility for lifetime revenue share, affiliates must remain active participants in the Affiliates.Network program. Affiliate accounts may be reviewed after extended inactivity and may be deactivated when found to be dormant.

If an affiliate account shows no lead generation activity for a continuous period of 3 to 6 months, it may be deemed inactive at the sole discretion of Affiliates.Network.

Where an account is classified as inactive:

  • The affiliate account may be terminated;
  • All rights to future income from previously generated leads will be forfeited;
  • All leads generated prior to termination shall remain the exclusive property of Affiliates.Network.

Retrospective Application

Affiliates who joined the program prior to the introduction of this clause will receive a 90-day grace period to meet the activity threshold before this policy takes effect.

Article 11: Limitations, Waivers and Indemnification

Our Services are provided “as is” and without warranty. We cannot guarantee that our Website will be free of glitches, errors, viruses, trojan horses, worms, or other harmful code, or interruptions. Affiliates agree to waive all special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever, even if we have been advised in advance of the possibility and extent of such damages, which result from the use of, or inability to use, our Website, despite the cause. Nor shall we be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond Our reasonable control.

Each Affiliate is and remains responsible and liable for its actions and Affiliates.Network assumes no responsibility or liability to that respect. For the avoidance of doubt, Affiliates.Network is not responsible for content on third party websites and does not accept any liability for content on third party websites.

The Affiliate hereby expressly waives any and all claims he or she may have, now or in the future, arising out of or relating to this Website, Affiliates.Network, any and all contracts you enter into with Affiliates.Network, and any and all of the Affiliates.Network's products and services.

Primarily, personal data is processed by Affiliates.Network to the extent necessary in connection with the user's registration to become an affiliate of Affiliates.Network and the implementation of affiliate agreements between the user and Affiliates.Network, including, among other things, handling and checking the registration of the user on the website, assigning the user an account on the website and making payments to the user if income has been generated by him on the basis of an affiliate agreement. In the context of affiliate agreements, IP addresses and other data are also used to operate the Affiliates.Network.

Personal data is only processed by Affiliates.Network to the extent that it is sufficient, relevant and not excessive in view of the purposes for which it is collected and subsequently processed. Affiliates.Network takes the necessary measures to ensure that personal data is correct and accurate, given the purposes for which it is collected and subsequently processed. Personal data will not be further processed by Affiliates.Network in a manner that is incompatible with the purposes for which it was obtained. These purposes are described in more detail in this privacy statement.
